I’ve been a State Farm agent since 1992, bringing more than three decades of experience to the agency and earning multiple State Farm honors and qualifications along the way. I’m also a proud graduate of Southern Methodist University. Throughout my career, I’ve focused not only on building a successful agency, but also on creating an environment where team members can develop rewarding, long-term careers.
Giving back and staying connected to our community are important to us. I’m a Take Stock in Children sponsor and stay actively involved with both the Palms West Chamber of Commerce and the Wellington Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cynthia D'Amico - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
